RACHEL LE, MA, LPCC

Clinical Manager

Counseling is about more than tools for coping through difficulties in life. I believe the hope and trust you have in your therapist is just as important. I seek to let my clients know first that they are heard and respected. Your story matters, and I want to hear it.

Areas of specialty include: adjustment difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, couples therapy, and childhood developmental disorders.   Since 2012, I have been working with children and teens with autism, developmental delay, trauma, and blended families needing co-parenting support.  With children, I offer play therapy, talk therapy, and behavioral modification strategies.  Since 2014,  I have also been  working with teens and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for various mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.

I would describe myself as an eclectic therapist who enjoys finding which treatment modalities and tools work the best for each client. Counseling is more than my theory, it’s also yours. I want to provide you with options that are the best fit for your life and personality to achieve your goals.

Pre-Licensed Counselor

Ages 6+

Marcia Mihalovic is a master’s level pre-licensed counselor. Marcia worked for almost three decades as an elementary school educator, teaching children from preschool age through sixth grade. Within Marcia’s last five years working within schools, Marcia incorporated this holistic view as a school counselor (“Director of Student Life”) facilitating individual, group, and family sessions. Theoretically, Marcia works from an eclectic perspective utilizing elements
from attachment, strength’s based, cognitive behavior, and brief solution focused therapy interventions. Most recently, Marcia has incorporated these therapeutic healing modalities as a clinically trained mental health practitioner providing school link, home and community, and early childhood mental health services.

Marcia humbly promotes herself as a “helper”, reflecting gifts of integrity, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance. While Marcia’s experience has primarily been working with children and families as they navigate ways to cope with grief, depression, anxiety, oppositional defiance, adjustment disorders, and trauma, she has also had experience working with young women on issues of identity and purpose. In all, Marcia’s goal is to reflect a holistic approach to one’s mental and overall wellness.
