Using Your Insurance
In most cases, insurance companies will provide reimbursement for mental health services. MPR has established in-network relationships with a number of major insurance companies. You can easily determine your specific insurance benefits for the outpatient mental health services provided at MPR by calling your insurance company.

MPR currently has in-network relationships with the following insurance companies.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Medica
  • United Health Care
  • Preferred One (PPO only)
  • Aetna (Select Care Network Only)

Not all of our providers contracted with each of these insurance companies. Please verify with our clinic and with your insurance company that the provider and service you’d like to receive are covered by your insurance. To assist you in speaking with your insurance company, click here for a checklist of important questions to ask your insurance company.

Using Out of Network Insurance Benefits
If MPR does not have an in-network relationship with your insurance company, it is still possible to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for services provided at MPR. Please ask your insurance company if you have Out of Network benefits available to you and what those benefits are. At the time of your visit, you will be required to pay for your session in full. Upon payment for your session, you will receive a receipt from MPR that you can use to submit a claim to your insurance company and receive reimbursement directly from them at your Out of Network reimbursement rate.
