When calling an MPR office to schedule your first appointment, please be ready to provide basic information such as the nature of your concern and your insurance information. Appointment Cancellation
Please understand that Minnesota Psychological Resources has a 24 cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice or you may be charged a cancellation fee which cannot be billed to your insurance company. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day. If you call after office hours, please leave a message with our answering service and they will contact us.
