Scheduling Your First Appointment
When calling an MPR office to schedule your first appointment, please be ready to provide basic information such as the nature of your concern and your insurance information. MPR will work with you to identify a professional who will be a good fit for you. You can schedule an appointment by calling the MPR office most conveniently located for you.

Appointment times are available throughout the day as well as some evenings.

Coming to Your Appointments

• Making Your Payment:
  If you have a copay or if you are self-pay, that payment is due at the time of your visit. We recommend making payment towards any co-insurance, deductible or account balance that you owe at the time of your visit as well.
  For payment, we are able to accept check, cash (we are not able to provide change), and Visa/MasterCard or Discover.
• Waiting Room:
  Children 12 and under may not be left unsupervised in our waiting room.
  Out of respect for others, we ask that our clients refrain from cell phone conversations in our waiting room.

• Your First Appointment:
  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment as we will have some new client paperwork for you to complete. You may also complete this paperwork ahead of time and bring it with you.

Appointment Cancellation
Minnesota Psychological Resources has a 24 cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice or you may be charged a cancellation fee which cannot be billed to your insurance company. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day. If you call after office hours, please leave a message with our answering service and they will contact us.
