The hours our support staff is available to answer the phones are 9:00am to 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the phones are answered by our support staff from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Fridays.)

When calling outside of these hours, a call to either our Plymouth office or Pequot Lakes Office will be answered by our 24 hour answering service.

In the case of an emergency:

After hours, MPR phones are answered by our answering service. MPR has an on call therapist available for emergency situations. If you or someone else is in immediate danger and cannot wait for a return call from the on call therapist, please dial 9-1-1.

In the case of a non-emergency:

After hours, MPR phones are answered by our answering service. Many of our therapists have a voicemail box in which you can leave a message. Callers with a request to schedule an appointment or a medication refill request will be directed to call the office during regular phone hours.
